Investments
David Mather joins Integrated Asset Management as executive
vice-president in Toronto. Mather was managing director of institutional
marketing and sales at SEI Investments, also in Toronto.
John Gilfoyle is now national practice director of investment
consulting at Watson Wyatt Canada in Toronto.
Meanwhile, AIM Funds Management Inc. announces that Heather
Peirce will manage AIM American Blue Chip Growth Fund in Toronto.
Dundee Bancorp Inc. in Toronto appoints Harold Gordon as
chairman.
TD Bank Financial Group in Toronto appoints Darren Entwhistle
to the board of directors of the bank.
Pensions
Elaine Dupuis joins Proteus Performance Management Inc. as a
principal heading up the pension administration governance practice in Toronto.
Dupuis was previously at CPAS Systems where she was senior vice-president.
The Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) appoints
Rick Miller as chair of the OMERS board. OMERS also names Dennis
Neethling and John Sabo to the board.
David Burke is the new national practice director of retirement at
Watson Wyatt Canada in Montreal. Most recently Burke was responsible for
managing the retirement practice in Eastern Canada.

Cathy O'Bright is now senior consultant in Hewitt Associates'
Calgary office.
Watson Wyatt Canada appoints David Harris managing consultant
of Western Canada in Vancouver; David Novak managing consultant of
Central Canada in Toronto and Michel Guay managing consultant of Eastern
Canada in Montreal. Also, Patrick Longhurst has been appointed regional
director of benefits in Toronto.
