CPR appoints CIBC Mellon trustee, sole custodian

Caroline Cakebread
CIBC Mellon has been chosen as trustee and sole custodian for Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) following a comprehensive search, it was announced today.
The appointment as single service-provider for CIBC Mellon includes a mandate covering domestic and global securities lending, accounting, cash management and Russell/Mellon Analytical Services. CPR's new assets are to be converted to CIBC Mellon in early February.
