Wellness in the Workplace

Achieving executive buy-in for a workplace wellness program is a tough task. How can you balance the need for employee wellness while still maintaining a strong bottom line? This session will explore some of the common challenges that benefits advisors must overcome when convincing senior managers that investing in their employees’ health will result in a positive return on investment. How to communicate the program’s benefits, how to implement it across varying employee demographics and how to measure its outcomes are just some of the issues that require attention. This session will also include a case study of a successfully implemented wellness initiative.

Plan Member Communications for

In this session, pension and benefits communication professionals will discuss effective and practical communication strategies, from roll-out to
feedback, and highlight areas of particular concern for plan sponsors and service providers.
