| Donald is professor of finance and economics in

in capital markets, taxation, international finance and investment,
industrial organization, and economic policy. Professor Brean holds

Ziegler |
| Robert is president and chief executive officer
of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local No. 832, which
represents 16,000 members in the province of Manitoba. He has worked
with the local union since 1980, holding a number of positions prior
to becoming president. He has been very active as trustee on numerous
pension, health and welfare funds covering Local 832 members. Robert
is chairperson of the Manitoba Pension Commission and vice-president
of the Manitoba Federation of Labour. He is a graduate of the University
