The following is the list of speakers at this year's DC Plan
Summit in alphabetical order.

| Keynote Speaker: Donald
Brean |
| Donald is professor of finance and economics in
the Rotman School of Management at The University of Toronto and an
associate of the Centre for International Studies and The Centre for
International Business. He was formerly associate dean of the faculty
of management and director of commerce programs. He has published
extensively in books, academic journals and business publications
in capital markets, taxation, international finance and investment,
industrial organization, and economic policy. Professor Brean holds
graduate degrees from the University of Toronto and The London School
of Economics. He has held academic appointments at Cambridge University
and Ecole Superieure de Commerce Paris. His current research interests
include international financial integration, factors influencing international
investment, the development of national policy in view of the increasing
mobility of capital and structural adjustment in economies in transition. |

| Michael Campbell |
| Michael was raised in Northern Ontario and graduated
from Laurentian University in 1990 with an honours BA in commerce.
He joined London Life s employee benefits division as a sales
representative and has worked as director, marketing, group retirement
services, since September 2001 for Great West · London Life. |

| Paul Dempsey |
| Paul is manager, investment funds at the Ontario
Securities Commission (OSC) where his team is responsible for dealing
with operational, investment management and continuous disclosure
issues related to various types of investment funds. Paul joined the
OSC in 1997 as legal counsel in the Market Operations Branch. Prior
to this, he was legal counsel at the Pension Commission of Ontario
and at the Ministry of Financial Institutions (Ontario). He studied
law at McGill University and has undergraduate and graduate degrees
in economics. |

| Rick Headrick |
| Rick is the team leader of James P. Marshall's
DC group and consults with clients sponsoring various types of capital
accumulation plans. Prior to taking on his current role, Rick was
the team leader of Hewitt's governance practice in Canada and consulted
on all aspects of an organization's governance structure, including
the governance of defined contribution plans. Rick has a bachelor
of commerce, a LL.B. and has completed his CFP designation. He is
a member of the Canadian Bar Association and The Association of Canadian
Pension Management. |

| Jeff Horbal |
| Jeff is vice-president, institutional investments
at Fidelity Retirement Services, headquartered in Toronto. In this
capacity, Jeff oversees sales and marketing, data and fund analysis,
and client service for Fidelitys defined benefit disciplines.
He joined Fidelity in 1998 with 15 years of industry experience in
institutional equity trading, corporate finance, personal financial
planning and mutual funds. He graduated from the University of Toronto
with a bachelor of commerce, and has completed several executive and
investment management courses. |

| Nurez Jiwani |
| Nurez is the director of regulatory coordination
at the Ontario Securities Commission and the Financial Services Commission
of Ontario (FSCO). In this capacity, he facilitates the coordination
of regulatory activities of the two organizations as well as leads
a number of FSCO harmonization initiatives at the national level,
including CAPSAs Model Law, pension governance, investment policy
and the Joint Forums Capital Accumulation Plans initiative.
Until recently, Nurez was director of policy and communications at
FSCO. Prior to that, he directed the operational and policy areas
of the former Pension Commission of Ontario. Nurez holds a bachelor
of science in economics and statistics and a masters degree in business
administration. |

| Michael N. Labou |
| Michael has been in the pension and benefits industry
since 1981. He has spent the last 17 years with Manulife Financial
in various roles in Toronto, Ottawa and finally Vancouver. He is currently
responsible for directing the pension field offices for Manulife's
Western Region. Michael resides in North Vancouver and is active in
his community, sitting on the board of the foundation supporting the
local health region. |

| Ken McCord |
| Ken began his career in the financial services industry
in 1985. Assuming various sales and management roles over the years
within the investment management industry, Ken is now senior vice-president
of sales for AIM Trimark. He has been a frequent guest on CTV, CBC,
City TV and ROB TV as a market analyst and speaks frequently to the
investment-advisor community and to the public at large. Ken has a
BA, an MBA and the CFA designation |

| Dave McLellan |
| Dave is group savings product vice-president at
Canada Life. He has been with the company for 15 years and is responsible
for the administration and pricing of group savings programs. Dave
has a B.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario, and is a fellow
of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. |

| Hugh OReilly |
| Hugh is a partner at Cavalluzzo Hayes Shilton McIntyre
& Cornish and is head of the firms pension and benefits
group. The areas of his practice include advising multi-employee pension
and benefit plans on pension plan administrative issues, advising
unions on pension and benefit issues and representing employees who
have been terminated or who are entering into new employment arrangements. |

| Louise Pellerin-Lacasse |
|
Louise is vice-president, marketing, group savings and retirement
at Standard Life. She leads the strategic development and ongoing
management of all products and services related to group pension
arrangements. She joined Standard Life in 1979 and has worked in
various departments including corporate actuarial, group consulting
and held the position of vice-president, product development between
1993 and 1998. Louise is a fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries
and of the Society of Actuaries.

| John Por |
|
John is founder and president of Cortex, a consulting firm specializing
in working with boards of directors, corporate executives and their
teams on fiduciary risk management and decision-making. He advises
pension and endowment funds on pension governance, strategic planning,
asset/liability management, fiduciary risk management and education,
and other organizational issues. He is also a regular speaker at
industry conferences and seminars. John has completed the Harvard
Executive Program on board governance and has obtained the certified
investment management analyst designation from The Investment Management
Consultants Association. He also holds a PhD in engineering,
and various business degrees, obtained in Europe and Canada.
