Green Shield Canada has promoted David Willows to the role of chief innovation and marketing officer.

 “This is a very important move for us,” says president and chief executive officer Steve Bradie of Willows’ promotion from the role of vice-president of strategic market solutions.

“David has always looked beyond the traditional solutions, approaches and roadblocks, seeking out opportunities to make tangible change on behalf of plan sponsors, plan members and the advisor,” he added.

Willows’ team includes Sarah Murphy, director of product development; Peter Gove, leader of health behaviour innovation; Ned Pojskic, pharmacy strategy leader; and Erin Crump, leader of strategic innovation.

Willows left a role at Aon Hewitt to join Green Shield Canada in 2011.
