Some great points here. As a GenY-er myself though, I’d be careful how you use social media and text messages when communicating benefits related materials. You might end of up turning them off more by being intrusive, than actually helping your communication-cause.

I agree with all of it but the comment about a “Great Work Ethic”. I have a son who is a gen Y and he has a very good work ethic but he is really different from his peers. No I do not agree with that comment.

Great article, unfortunately these Young people will never find all they are looking for in any job. Entrepreneurship us the only way to go. But they don’t have to do it by themselves. I am currently sitting at an Amway/LTD business conference learning from gen-y business leaders who are financially independent.
