Considering the cost increases of the previous decade I consider this a success. BUT far more of this cost increase among working age Cdns was borne by workers. Their share of these costs through both Deductions and out of pocket for reduced work coverage increased at a far greater rate.
Is there any connection between that and todays workers worry about healthcare costs in retirement?
