The OPSEU Pension Trust is investing in Environmental 360 Solutions Inc., an environmental and waste management solutions company that serves municipalities and commercial customers.
The strategic investment will be used to support the growth of the company, which currently operates in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, through both organic initiatives and acquisitions.
“We are very pleased to announce our investment into E360S,” said Trevor Speis, director at the OPTrust, in a press release. “Alongside our partners, E360S’ founder Donato Ardellini, Almada Group, and Canadian Business Growth Fund, we look forward to capitalizing on future growth opportunities and the continued success of E360S.”
In the release, Ardellini noted the investment will allow E360S to continue on its growth trajectory and build a national diversified environmental management company.
