After graduate studies at the University of Toronto, Alessandro served with the United Nations in North Africa, working as a program officer for the UN’s development programme, overseeing projects in agriculture, water resources and education. There he developed an interest in economic development and geopolitical risk. He has written and lectured widely about these subjects.
He’s also applied his expertise in risk, emerging markets and economics to advise global institutional investors on sustainability for an environmental, social and corporate governance analysis pioneer. Over the past decade, Alessandro has been a regular columnist for investment publications, writing and lecturing about financial, mining, aerospace and macroeconomic risks.
Alison is group publisher of pensions and benefits and leads Benefits Canada, Avantages and Canadian Investment Review. She leads sales across the group through print, online, events, custom and research initiatives. Alison has worked at Rogers for over 23 years and was previously the general manager of business development for the Financial Services Group.

Robert is the National Account Manager for Avantages, Benefits Canada and Canadian Investment Review. Prior to joining the Financial Services Group at Rogers Publishing, Robert held various business development positions at IQPC (the International Quality & Productivity Center), a world leader in conferences and events. In his current role, Robert is responsible for overseeing and developing a base of existing accounts while building new business in the areas of print, online, custom publishing, conferences and research.
