Orlando González, investment director, private equity, T. Rowe Price Investment Management

David DiPietro is a vice-president and head of T. Rowe Price’s private equity team. The team serves as a single point of accountability and coordination for all private equity investments.

Orlando Gonzalez is the investment director on the centralized private equity team at T. Rowe Price Investment Management. In this capacity, he supports the growth of the private equity investment franchise by leading commercial aspects of the business through representation in meetings and communications with institutional and intermediary prospects, clients, consultants and internal staff.

He provides support during the formation and raising of a fund and assists with workstreams including marketing, distribution and investor relations, serving as a subject matter expert to those functions for overall strategy and investment activity. Gonzalez also leads the structuring and fundraising for any co-investment activity that the firm is able to offer to limited partners of a fund. He is a vice-president of T. Rowe Price Investment Management Inc.

Gonzalez’s investment experience began in 2009 and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024. Previously, Orlando was employed by Citibank Global Markets where, during his 16 years with the company, he was head of the business development group in its investment bank and a director of alternative sales in the private bank.

Gonzalez has a bachelor of science in accounting from Louisiana State University and is a chartered financial analyst.
