Nathalie Henderson is senior director of pensions at Air Canada and joined the company in 2001. In the role, she’s responsible for the design, funding, administration and governance of all Air Canada pension plans, including domestic and foreign plans for all 35,000 active employees and 32,000 retirees. She was previously a pension consultant at a large global consulting firm.
