Employee Savings Summit
June 16, 2025 | Virtual event
1:00 – 2:30 PM ET
While workplace savings programs have traditionally focused on retirement, there has been a shift in recent years to facilitate employees’ changing financial priorities and savings journeys. In light of this shift, Benefits Canada has rebranded its CAP Member Survey as the Employee Savings Survey and launched the Employee Savings Summit. This virtual event will feature a panel discussion of industry experts exploring how new savings vehicles are helping employees at different stages in their lives, as well as the state of financial wellness and the role of employers.
Panellists:
Crystal Arnold, senior manager, workplace benefits, human resource projects, LifeLabs
Jimmy Carbonneau, national director, group retirement, group insurance and group annuity plans advisor, AGA Benefit Solutions
Justin Graham, custom research manager, Benefits Canada
Kate Nazar, vice-president, group retirement services, Canada Life
Jason Vary, president, Actuarial Solutions Inc.
Moderator:
Jennifer Paterson, editor, Benefits Canada
