While workplace savings programs have traditionally focused on retirement, there has been a shift in recent years to facilitate employees’ changing financial priorities and savings journeys. Benefits Canada’s inaugural Employee Savings Summit, which was created to meet this challenge, will explore how new savings vehicles are helping employees at different stages in their lives, as well as the state of financial wellness and the role of employers. It will also include a panel discussion on the results of the annual Employee Savings Survey, previously known as the CAP Member Survey.
