Pub Night

The pub night will take place at Brewster’s Cowboys Barbecue and Dance Barn on Thursday, April 7 from 6:00 - 8:30 PM. Accommodation for the night of April 7 is complimentary for all delegates who attend the pub night.

5:25 PM: Meet at the sleigh ride desk in the hotel lower level for transportation (if weather permitting, horse drawn sleighs will take folks in groups to the venue)*
6:00 – 8:30 PM: Pub night
7:30 – 8:30 PM: Complimentary shuttles will operate during this time for transportation back to the hotel.

* Each person needs to sign a waiver for the sleigh ride before 5:30 departures. You are welcome to come to the desk anytime during the day in order to complete the waiver.

** Spouses registered for the spousal program may join this evening.
