Karl Dasher is the president of Polen Capital, responsible for investment team administration and supporting the firm’s strategic direction. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2022, Dasher served as chief executive officer at Brigade Capital Management. He spent 12 years in various leadership roles at Schroders, including chief executive officer of North America and co-head of fixed income. Before joining Schroders, Dasher was executive vice-president and global chief investment officer at SEI Investments, where he spent over 13 years. He received a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master in business administration from Columbia University and London Business School. Dasher is also a trustee and IC chair for the Georgia Tech Foundation.
