Mercer names new head of innovation

Mercer Canada has appointed Andrew Grubb as head of innovation.

In the role he will focus on the trends that are shaping the future of human resources and which will transform the way employers manage their changing workplaces.

Grubb joins Mercer with more than 10 years of experience in a diverse range of industries and geographies, most recently as chief strategy officer at social media analytics company Crowdbabble. Previous roles include director of Ryerson Futures Inc. and manager at the Canadian Standards Association.
