Morneau Shepell has acquired Collage Pediatric Therapy, a privately held group of professionals dedicated to providing multidisciplinary health services to children.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“The addition of Collage will grow our children’s support solutions portfolio that provides professional services to children, adolescents, parents, schools and daycare centres,” says Morneau Shepell executive vice-president Stephen Liptrap and general manager of Shepell•fgi.
Collage Pediatric Therapy is a team of speech-language pathologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and behavioural specialists working together in a practice focused exclusively on children.
The company has two clinics in Montreal and two in the Greater Toronto Area.
