OPTrust has named Vicki Ringelberg to chair and Tim Hannah to vice-chair of its board of trustees.
The roles, which alternate between government and the Ontario Public Service Employees Union appointees every two years, are effective November 2016.

Ringelberg joined the board in 2011 as a government appointee and most recently served as vice-chair. With 20 years in the investment industry, she has held various senior positions, including chief financial office and chief operating officer at AIC Ltd. and Portland Investment Counsel. She is currently an independent finance consultant.
Hannah was first appointed to the board in 2012 by OPSEU. He is a senior environmental officer with the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change in Peterborough, Ont. and a strong union activist, having held several local positions including president of Local 341 in Peterborough.
