Dan Palayew has joined Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG) as a partner and regional leader of the Ottawa labour and employment group.

Palayew regularly advises employers with respect to union organizing and certification, collective bargaining, injunctions, wrongful dismissal actions, employee terminations, labour arbitrations, pay equity, human rights, occupational health and safety, workplace safety and insurance, and workplace privacy.
Prior to joining BLG, Palayew was the co-managing partner with the Ottawa office of Heenan Blaikie where he was also leader of the Ottawa labour and employment group. Last week, Heenan Blaikie announced that the firm would wind up.
