Ivanhoé Cambridge, the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec’s real estate arm, has appointed Jonathan H. Pearce to the position of senior vice-president, office leasing – Toronto.
He was previously a senior vice-president and principal at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate.
Pearce will be principally responsible for the planning and execution of the office leasing activities for the 45-141 Bay Street development project in Toronto’s financial core.
The development will reportedly include a 48-storey office building and include a new bus terminal.
