A number of reviews have been done since the late 70’s, a proposal was made and a plan was promoted and implemented in many provinces.

A big question/problem was mandatory or not. Unfortunately, the industry thought easier to install Group RRSP and DPSP than use the PRPP.

WE have the tools, just a few roadblocks to implement.
