Ragheb Salaymeh:

The information was very helpful. I’m 64 years old, I received termination letter after I trained a new, young employee who took my position. l have been working in the company for four years and three month, they gave me four weeks severance payment. The termination was with no prejudice. My boss just told me that they no more need my service and left me to HR to sign the letter. I was powerless and frustrated because the company needs my service and they have advertisements online looking for the same my experience, but for sure for less salary. Also, this company is one of the Best 100 Companies in Canada.
