Digital health benefits platform League Inc. has appointed Kim Tabac as its chief people officer.

In the short term, Tabac will focus on scaling the company’s team in Canada and the United States, serve as chair of the company’s advisory council and work with clients on benefits strategies that include mental health, diversity and inclusion initiatives, according to a press release.

“Kim is the perfect person to serve as League’s chief people officer and I am delighted to welcome her to our team,” said Michael Serbinis, chief executive officer of League, in the release. “She is a true innovator in human resources and her experience leading this critical function at large organizations will be invaluable as League continues to scale and reach enterprise companies in Canada, the U.S. and, in 2019, Europe.”
