Not content with gainful employment, millennials want to work from home or in offices more focused on fun than financials, the thinking goes, reports Canadian Business.

It’s a particularly pressing problem because millennials will make up three-quarters of the workforce by 2025, according to consulting giant Deloitte.

But the problems with millennials may have less to do with real differences than with stereotyping the young.
