The majority of employees (79%) would prefer a range of additional benefits above a pay raise, according to a new survey by Glassdoor.

Among the perks that respondents would prefer over a higher salary are healthcare insurance (40%), paid time off (37%), a performance bonus (35%) and paid sick leave (32%).
