A total of 116 submissions were received by the panel, which are now being reviewed and it may choose to consult further with some submitters.

The panel is having consultation meetings until the end of June and the deadline for the final report is Sept. 30, 2008.

The expert panel was appointed in October by the governments of Alberta and B.C. and is comprised of three representatives from each province.
