IKEA is expanding its employee benefits package. Beginning in 2014, every employee worldwide will receive an equal contribution to his or her pension plan, based on the company’s financial goals being met.
Employees will be eligible for the program after five consecutive financial years of employment.
Full-time workers in any country will receive the same contribution amount regardless of their unit, position or salary level.
Part-time employees will receive a proportional amount in relation to hours worked.
The program is called Tack!, the Swedish word for thank you.
