Andrew Kitchen is senior managing director of institutional sales at MFS Investment Management. He’s responsible for Canadian distribution efforts and hold Canadian chief executive officer and regulatory user datagram protocol roles.

Kitchen joined the firm in 2024. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he worked for two years as partner and head of investment solutions at Mercer Global Investments Inc. in Canada, five years as managing director of institutional for Canada at Russell Investments and 19 years as managing director and senior client portfolio manager at SEI Investments Co. Other positions include consulting roles at LifeWorks Inc. (now part of Telus Health) and Willis Towers Watson (now WTW).

Kitchen earned a bachelor of science degree in statistics and operational research from the University of Exeter. He’s a chartered financial analyst, a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and a fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
