2025 Future of Work Survey: A practical playbook

As employers ride a stretch of turbulence, they’re turning to what matters day to day: shoring up the basics that employees feel and see and putting structure around the routines that keep things moving. A panel of human resources experts will discuss the findings of Benefits Canada’s fourth annual Future of Work Survey, which will include topics such as shifting HR priorities, upskilling and well-being, adapting flexibility to real life and setting rules for AI.

Panellists:
Bryan Crisp, HR operations manager, Niagara Casinos
David Drewery, associate director, University of Waterloo’s Work-Learn Institute
Justin Graham, custom research manager, Benefits Canada
Aastha Juneja, head, compensation and benefits, Corus Entertainment

Moderator:
Sonya Singh, associate editor, Benefits Canada
