Liz Pecile is regional vice-president of business development and client relationships for group retirement services at Sun Life. In this role, she leads the sales and client relationship teams for the broader Ontario and Atlantic region. She’s responsible for managing consultant and client relationships across her regions, overseeing some of Sun Life Canada’s largest employer plans. She works closely with clients from various industries to ensure their unique workplace retirement plans drive better outcomes for both the organizations and their employees.

With more than 35 years of experience in the pension industry, Pecile has held diverse roles spanning from client services, relationship management and sales. She’s known for her strong collaboration and negotiation skills. She excels at partnering with, engaging and coaching her teams. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving growth and maintaining Sun Life's position as a market leader in Canada.
