Nicole Serena, founder, chief executive officer, PSP Solutions

Nicole Serena is a pharmaceutical industry leader with more than 30 years of experience and is the founder of PSP Solutions, a consulting practice dedicated to advancing patient support program strategy and operations. She’s the creator of FAA$T, a patented financial accuracy and audit framework used to enhance PSP financial integrity. Serena partnered with the University of Alberta to develop the courses Introduction to the Canadian Pharmaceutical Industry and Introduction to Patient Support Programs in Canada. She’s the author of the Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education’s Introduction to Patient Support Programs. Her work focuses on program design, financial reconciliation, launch execution, risk management and stakeholder alignment to improve patient access across Canada’s complex reimbursement landscape.
