Andrew Wood has more than 15 years of experience in group benefits and strategic client service. As regional vice-president of business development at Desjardins, he leads initiatives to strengthen client relationships and deliver tailored wellness solutions across Western Canada. Based in Vancouver, he plays a key role in aligning Desjardins’ offerings with the evolving needs of employers and their workforces. Prior to joining Desjardins, Wood held progressive roles at a national consulting firm in its group benefits division, where he advised clients on complex financial underwriting, recruitment and retention strategies and productivity solutions.
