Grace Uniacke, director, alternatives solutions, Russell Investments

Grace Uniacke is director of alternatives solutions for Russell Investments. In this role, she focuses on the firm’s alternatives capabilities, supporting both prospective and existing client relationships by articulating investment strategies and offerings, increasing awareness of its alternatives platform and contributing to product development and thought leadership to support alternatives growth initiatives.

Uniacke joined Russell Investments in 2025. Previously, she was a credit product specialist at boutique asset manager ArrowMark Partners and was vice-president and venture capital product specialist at StepStone Group. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Columbus Hill Capital Management as an investor relations associate and at Simon Quick Advisors, where she focused on investment research and manager due diligence.

Uniackeholds a bachelor of arts in American studies from the University of Notre Dame and is a chartered alternative investment analyst charter holder.
