2025 Future of Work Survey

As employers ride a stretch of turbulence, they’re turning to what matters: shoring up the basics employees feel and see and putting structure around the routines that keep things moving. That includes doubling down on pay, upskilling and well-being, adapting flexibility to real life and setting rules for artificial intelligence.

Benefits Canada’s fourth annual Future of Work Survey explores both employer and employee views on these shifts, as well as the state of human resources policies, hybrid working and work-life balance. Benefits Canada brought together leading industry experts — including plan sponsors and academics — to analyze the data and provide key insights into what it means for employers, as well as the industry as a whole.
