With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in project and change management, delivering sustainable, inclusive solutions that address complex challenges across organizations, communities and industries.
Following her ovarian cancer diagnosis in 2023, Nadeem shifted her focus toward health-care transformation, patient engagement and system efficiencies. While her experience with cancer shaped her perspective, it is her resilience, empathy, creativity and commitment to systemic improvement that define her leadership in health care. She collaborates with health-care organizations, researchers and policymakers to bridge the gap between medical advancements and real-world patient needs, ensuring that new technologies and treatments are implemented effectively and equitably.
She actively contributes to multiple health care and advocacy initiatives and in January 2025, Nadeem launched Alvina N. Consulting, helping organizations develop and implement transformative, people-centred solutions. While her expertise spans project management, human-centered design and large-scale transformation across industries, her passion lies in health care. By blending technical expertise with patient experience and system-level change, she helps organizations navigate complex challenges and drive long-term impact.
Alvina is a strong advocate for collaborative, evidence-based health-care transformation, ensuring that new care models, technologies and policies are designed for real-world application—with patients and health-care providers at the core.
