Andrea Frankel is national private payer lead for Sanofi Canada. She’s responsible for all activities related to private insurance, providing support across all Sanofi brands and business units. Frankel has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 14 years. She holds a bachelor of science honours degree from Queen’s University, a master’s in experimental medicine from McGill University and a doctorate in clinical biochemistry from the University of Toronto. Her doctoral thesis research was in the field of oncology where she studied chemotherapeutic drug resistance in ovarian cancer. Frankel is a mother of three and enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her family.
