Rachel Wong, vice-president, total rewards and HR technology, Symcor

Rachel Wong is the vice-president of total rewards and human resources technology at Symcor Inc., with more than 20 years of experience in compensations and benefits. Prior to joining Symcor, she held various positions, primarily in total rewards across a number of industries, for large organizations such as Kinross Gold Corp., Starbucks Corp. and Recipe Unlimited Corp.

Wong has a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Toronto and holds professional designations as a certified human resources leader, certified compensation professional and global renumeration professional. She’s also a mother of two boys, loves exploring new places with her family and is often at different soccer fields cheering for her boys on the weekend.
