Cristina Lisita is a finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in multinational operations, strategic planning and financial management.

Lisita is assistant-vice president of finance and procurement at Honda Canada, overseeing strategic financial operations and advancing the company’s commitment to strong governance, compliance and operational excellence.

Lisita is the co-chair of the Honda Canada pension committee, having previously worked as secretary from 2020 to April 2025. In these roles, she has helped guide the committee’s stewardship of more than $3 billion in pension assets, including the governance of a new defined contribution plan. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing good governance, clear communication and member education for Honda’s retirement programs. She’s passionate about enabling retirement readiness and delivering innovative financial solutions that support Honda Canada’s associates and business objectives.
