Jennifer Gottfriedson, senior manager, benefits, pension and disability, PwC Canada

Jennifer Gottfriedson is a seasoned total rewards professional with more than 14 years of progressive experience across both public and private sectors. Her expertise includes pension and benefits administration, payroll management and team leadership. As senior manager of benefits, pension and disability at PwC Canada since 2024, she’s responsible for designing and overseeing comprehensive benefits, pension, rewards and recognition and disability programs that align with employee well-being and organizational goals. Previously, she was a senior manager of total rewards at the Alberta Investment Management Corp., leading the development and implementation of global total rewards strategies. Her additional experience includes managing payroll operations and compliance at Stantec Consulting as payroll manager in Canada as well as overseeing benefits and pension programs for a large, unionized workforce in her role as manager of employee benefits and supports with the Government of Alberta.
