Jennifer Katzsch, regional vice-president, group retirement savings, Western Canada, Desjardins Insurance

Jennifer Katzsch leads the client relationship manager team in the West, Ontario and Atlantic, as well as the national education team. She works closely with her teams to develop innovative solutions and strategies that enhance the client experience and ensures her clients, as well as their plan members, are getting the most out of their group savings plan.

For more than 25 years, Katzsch has worked with a wide variety of clients, including large multinational corporations and plan sponsors with defined contribution, defined benefit and other savings plans. She has a bachelor of arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a post-graduate diploma in human resources management from Sheridan College.
