Simon Cabral, director, global DC plans, Scotiabank

Simon Cabral is the director of global defined contribution plans at Scotiabank. In the role, he’s responsible for the governance and design of the bank’s global DC pension and savings plans, along with its various employee share ownership plans. Prior to joining Scotiabank, Cabral worked for a global consulting firm, specializing in DC plan consulting. Prior to that, he worked for a major Canadian DC record keeper, focusing on employee communications and education.
