Christine McCloskey-Bruno is a senior total rewards manager with KPMG Canada responsible for the design and oversight of strategic total rewards programs, including compensation, retirement and benefits and other employee wellness initiatives. With almost 20 years of total rewards experience in various industries including real estate management, large scale pension funds and public sector healthcare, McCloskey-Bruno seeks to elevate total rewards programs to respond to the ever-changing needs of a diverse workforce.

McCloskey-Bruno’s goal is to ensure that total reward program offerings at KPMG provide the flexibility to meet the changing needs of all employees and to elevate the overall employee experience.

She holds a bachelor of arts with a major in anthropology and a post graduate certificate in human resource management.
