Johnny Ma is the president of Mapol Inc. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in pharmacy benefits management and pharmaceutical consulting, he’s a registered pharmacist in Ontario, has directed formulary review committees and overseen drug plan management operations for a leading national pharmacy benefits manager.

Since founding Mapol in 2009, Ma has spearheaded numerous new product submissions to private payers, designed and delivered training programs for thousands of pharmaceutical industry professionals and developed innovative business intelligence and analytic tools that have become benchmarks within the industry.
