Currently serving as HR operations manager at Niagara Casinos, Crisp leads a dynamic team supporting the complex, 24/7 operations of one of Canada’s premier entertainment destinations. His career includes leadership roles with McDonald’s Canada, Next Hydrogen Corp., OSL Retail Services, Sobeys Inc. and Burger King Corp., where he built high-performing teams, scaled businesses and led transformative HR strategies.
