Andrzej Skiba is a managing director and head of U.S. fixed income on the BlueBay fixed income team at RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc. He assumed the role in 2013, when he moved to the U.S. from London to oversee the buildout of global investment grade capability. Before his current role, he was a portfolio manager responsible for corporate investments within BlueBay's investment grade strategies.

Skiba joined the investment industry in 2001. Prior to joining the organization, he worked for an investment bank as a credit analyst covering European investment grade issues in the telecom, media and utility sectors. He joined RBC Global Asset Management in 2005 as a credit analyst.

Skiba has his bachelor of science honours in management and international business economics from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in the U.K. He’s also a CFA charterholder.
