Emmanuelle Gaudette is a senior leader in organizational health with 25 years of experience in workplace well-being and absence management. Her expertise includes crafting data-driven workplace health and well-being strategies and measuring success to align with business objectives. She has a comprehensive view of the field, having worked in various organizations and roles in workplace well-being. She has been engaged in important research on psychosocial risk factors and isactive in the development of standards, through her role as a voting member of the Healthy Enterprise Standard Committee and now, for the upcoming International Organization for Standardization well-being standard.
