An ideas-driven leader with a bold vision for the future, Faye Gagne brings resilience, empathy and sometimes a “not so quiet” strength to everything she does. Known for her ability to have tough conversations with compassion, her leadership is rooted in a deep care for people.

Gagne currently works at Henry Schein Canada, where she supports team members across Canada who serve dentists, medical practitioners and their patients. Prior to that, she held roles at Calea Ltd. and Fresenius Kabi, serving patients across both home care and hospital settings. She’s also a board member for the Ridley Graduate Boat Club (her rowing club) in St. Catharines, Ont. and started rowing again after a 26-year hiatus.

Drawing on a family legacy of public service, along with her own educational and life experiences, she’s guided by a deep passion for the value of holistic well-being that fuels her commitment to create a meaningful impact in every space she’s a part of.
