David Alloune, vice-president, asset allocation, Trans-Canada Capital Inc.

David Alloune is the vice-president of asset allocation at Trans-Canada Capital Inc. and leads its strategic and tactical asset allocation team. He’s a member of TCC's investment committee and external managers investment committee. He has 20 years of investment experience having covered asset-liability management for pension funds, the establishment of investment policies, risk budget framework and quantitative research. Prior to joining TCC in 2010, Alloune worked at a large consulting firm providing actuarial consulting services to institutional clients. He has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Université de Montréal and is a chartered financial analyst.
