Heather Wolfe, chief executive officer, TTC Pension Plan

Heather Wolfe is the chief executive officer of the TTC Pension Plan, which administers the Toronto Transit Commission’s pension plan, overseeing the implementation of the plan’s strategic vision, investments and all operational matters. An actuary with more than 30 years of experience, Wolfe has spent her time working with pension plans in many different capacities. Her career spans consulting, plan sponsorship, pension risk management and asset management. She holds a degree in actuarial science and history from the University of Toronto and is a qualified actuary in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. Committed to financial security for members, Wolfe brings deep expertise and leadership to the TTC Pension Plan, ensuring its long-term sustainability.
