As director of group disability management operations for Medavie Blue Cross, Olivier Pagé is responsible for the strategic management of the company’s short- and long-term disability management teams, working across markets in Canada. A natural leader, he works with his teams to focus on learning and incremental improvement to support plan member needs, along with important processes and system optimization.

Prior to joining Medavie Blue Cross, Pagé spent more than seven years at La Capitale Financial Group Inc. (now Beneva). He has an executive master’s of business administration degree from Laval University and a master’s in education management and training from Sherbrooke University.
